Well i am 55 lbs down but i am still really weak. my legs start shaking if i stand for a long time. i feel great but tired of not being able to do anything. if i walk alot or get hot i get a migrane and then sick. dont know what to do. sorry i havent been on dealing with alot of stuff. mostly with my son had to put him back on medication for his behavior. then with my ex taking me to court again. and once again i proved he is a liar and won. well i should go do some house work yuk!!!! but my mom said once i keep the house clean for a month and get stronger she is taking me on vacation for a week where ever i want to go......... so better clean....... lynda

Lynda, I had a lot of the same stuff after surgery. It is getting better and I'm feeling stronger - slowly but surely. on winning the court thing that had to be some kind of stress tho. I hope things settle down for you and you start feeling lots better.

Lynda, it takes a while to get your energy back. I still don't have as much energy as I used to. Just do what you can, when you can and it will get better and better. I am just gald to see you posting. Had me worried for a long time! (((HUGS))) Elizabeth

hi Lynda, I had my surgery in dec of last year, and have lost only 48 pounds, but I am also still very weak. I suffer from migraines also, and it seems too much exertion will trigger one for sure. I also have had problems with the area between my shoulders when walking for a while. I heard so many say that after the surgery they had a lot more energy, but I seem to be the opposite. I don't get it!

Lynda, I'm very glad to hear that you're doing okay now. I have to say you had us all pretty worried for a while. Really though, I think you've got to be one of the strongest people I know. If it had been me having some of those complications along with the added stress, I'd probably still be in bed yet!! Keep plugging away, I'm pretty sure you'll feel much more like yourself real soon. And if you don't, it might be good to check in with your surgeon - you could be low on something?? Anyway, take care and congrats to you on the court deal - those are always tough on everyone. -Deb W.
