Docs in Quad Cities

Hello Iowa board people. My brother who is in the Quad Cities is planning on having surgery in March with Dr. Phillips. I understand he is fairly new in the WLS arena and was wondering if anyone has used him or knows anything about him. I looked in the data base here but I didn't see anything so I thought I would check here for information. Thanks.

Pamela, Is it Phillips or Dr. Phelps? Is he going through the Genesis Center for Bariatric Surgery? It is at Genesis East in Davenport? Let me know and I can give you more info. It is where I had my surgery. God bless, Andrea
