It's been a good week!

Hi all, Just needed to let someone know that I have had a good week. I have walked a mile every day since Tuesday. I have done strengthening exercises two nights this week. I have eaten minimally at work and even survived a potluck today. I had a few crackers, a few squares of cheese, a little lunchmeat and a few bites of lettuce. I have gotten in over 64 oz of fluids at least 4 days this week and have had 2 protein drinks 4 days this week!! Now, the challenge of the weekend! With dh working or sleeping all weekend, it is just the kids and I and that can get stressful. I have found that I eat (snack) on the weekends and then I don't get in enough fluids and feel really guilty. Well, now I have told others about my "issues" and so I have to be more accountable for my actions - right? Thanks for listening! God bless, Andrea

Sounds like you are doing pretty good!!! Glad to hear all is getting better....Now just don't go crazy while Mark is at work!!!!!!! What kinda plans do you have on Sunday??? Does he work then?? I am thinking about heading down your way....I know we are coming in a couple weeks.....But I wanna go to KOHLS and Dillards really bad.......I am such a whiner!!!! Remember I told you about my episode yesterday with Subway.....well I still felt kinda crappy today...I ate some porkrinds for snack and must have ate to fast.....as it hurt, then came back up.....I feel like poop.....So I again had a protein shake for dinner!!! Now that I can eat kinda normal.....I find myself eating kinda fast sometimes......It is a lot of work......But it is so worth it.....for me it is more of the mind that gives me the hard time......I forget my stomach isn't like it used to be....Well glad to hear you had a better week.....and I will wish us both an even better next week! WOW! That really is a good week! And YES, now that you have told us, we are going to hold you accountable! LOL Keep up the great work, and when or if you slip on the weekends, try not to beat yourself up to badly, just start over as soon as you realize what you have been doing. Elizabeth
