had to cancel appointment

I had to cancel with the cardio doc the roads were sooooo slick. Ok, trying for Monday now . Dr. Harris won't do surgery until 3 months post heart attack which means the end of March, providing I have clearance from cardio. I'm ok with that, especially now with the way the weather is. I'm anxious for surgery, but I'm also ok with the fact that Dr. Harris is being cautious. Over 20 inches of snow in my front yard right now, hope this is the end! By the time all of this melts will have my own swimming hole! Everyone take care. Carolyn

Hang in there Carolyn it'll come soon! I too hope you make it to see your doc on Monday....hopefully no more snow! I too am tired of this white stuff, I guess it'll be good for the farming this summer, anyways that is what my hubby tells me LOL. If ya have a swimming party let me know..lol. Carolyn, I am so glad your Dr. is being cautious, and this weather really does suck! I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my Mom to her Dr. in Des Moines for a check up and we have had to reschedule 4 times now because of the snow. I am hoping that my swimming hole isn't in my bedroom! We are in a rental house and the roof needs fixed. Please keep us posted on what is happening with you, Elizabeth
