Hi everyone - I've been lurking while I waited to find out if I'd receive insurance approval. I received "pending" approval yesterday, and need to pass my psych eval and medical workup then will be set to go. I'm excited to think that I will be joining the other losers on this board! I look forward to conversing with all of you during this journey. Joni

Welcome to the board Joni, make sure you ask any and all questions that you might have. Good luck on your journey, I had my surgery in June 2002 and have lost over 187 pounds! I would do it again tomorrow. I also had a tummy tuck done that my insurance paid for after all my weight loss so if you have any questions, feel free to email me or post them here. Good luck!!
