Protein drinks or double milk is the way to go, It takes too many ounces of meat to reach your daily goal (IMHO). there are lots of protein powders out there, but Carnation Instant Breakfast with double milk, (3/4 cup powered milk mixed with skim milk) is 21 proteins and is cheaper than most protein drinks and taste's better too. I agree with Beverly- Carnation Sugar free with skim milk (use powdered milk and use double the amount it calls for) is by far the tastiest solution. Sugar free yogurt is another good protein. Jeri H.

Hi Stephanie.......I think www.bariatriceating.com is pretty good with there pricing.....some places are cheaper but they don't have the same stuff and their shipping is usually a lot more......I have ordered tons from bariatric eating and love almost all of it.....Her samples are 1.70 for protein drinks and they are worth it......there is nothing worse than buying big jugs of crap.....and she has lots of protein bars that are even cheaper......Good Luck...it is hard to get all the protein we need.... A couple more easy things. Eat your protein at the beginning of the meal. Sanck on proteins; yogurt, and my favorite CHEESE. I eat it morning, noon, and night. Also nuts seem to work well for me. I snack on them constantly. Paula
