I find that the more active I become, the more things ache for awhile! For me, at least, I think it is mostly the years of barely moving, and getting the muscles used to working again! I also find, that as the weight shifts from different parts of my body, it puts stress in unusual places. I have never really had any back problems, but at 100 pounds off, alot of my weight has shifted to the front, and I have some lower back pain. If it continues, probably best to check with your doc. Deydration and low potassium can cause leg pain. Try eating potassium rich foods and up your water. That is what helped me. Good luck

I have heard calcium helps too. are you having just aches, or charley horses or "jumpy legs" that would help the doctor know too what is going on.

Hi Mary, So sorry to hear you are having pain. I have not had pain, but every since my surgery, my legs are "jumpy" when I try to go to bed. It drives me insane some nights! I hope you get to the bottom of what is causing you the pain. I know I have heard lack of potassium can cause leg aches.
