So, this morning I am going out to my car at 4:50 am (yes I am crazy enough to work that early, lol) and BLAMMO............... flat on my back/butt I go on the cement steps! OUCHIES I wasnt sure if I should just lay there and wait for help lol or get up, so I sniffled a bit, and froze my tush and got up... Damn that hurt! got back into bed and waited for the doc to open up at 8 am. I bruised my butt bone! how emberessing! (sp) Anyhow, now I am off work today and tomorrow and I can barely sit here to type this. The funny thing is, after losing all this weight, number 1, I didnt hit the cement as hard as I would have with all that weight (360 lbs then) but number 2, NOT AS MUCH PADDING ! LOL> it hurt!!!!!!!! anyhow, you can all laugh at me if ya want, this was kind of a cheer ya up message, but think of me lying on my side here at home, til my bum feels better! hehe Judi

Judi, which do you think is worse, falling at 360 or no padding. all I could think of was last week I fell coming into the house and at 374 it was no mean task to get UP. My son wanted to call 911, but I couldn't bear for them to come and find me inside the door, not so much hurt as feeling like a beached whale that couldn't get back to the water. so I guess, no padding is better than you still being on your back and butt outside and not able to get up.

I am sorry to hear about the fall. Take care of yourself and hope you get around soon. Happy that you did not break anything. Just tought about the commercial for toilet paper where the little girl is playing and goes inside to put toilet paper in her pants to make more padding. Sorry but you made me smile today, thank you. God bless and good health.
