For all who wished me good luck with my fight and the insurance co. thank you for your support. I was turned down again. they want me to get into a supervised program at a hospital. I am done. .It is not meant to be. maybe I have a special angel that is watching for me. who knows.//?

I belonged to a support group when I lived in Omaha, NE and they mentioned there are lawyers that deal with getting people approved - I don't know of any or heard of any advertise - Try calling the following numbers in IA - Legal Aide: (515) 243-1193. and Iowa Concern ( an Iowa State University extension hotline that does have lawyers and legal aides available Monday thru Friday during business hours) I hope this may help you. I first started with united health. they turned me down times 2. Our insitution changed insurance to principal and so my pcp wrote a great letter and also my surgeon. I have hypertension, morbid obsese, sleep apnea, asthma and some more. my employer had said that I had a good chance of getting approved back in december, so I was happy. Then yesterday she said , why are you coming to me??? I responded that principal said , call Human resources. they are the ones that made the policy. Human resources said , there is a clitche????????? and to hang in there, by that time I was so upset, and left her office, and said :"whatever". I am done for now. I will check your suggestions, thank you so much. Shine
