Hey, I made it to 3 months out! I am one pound shy of 50 pounds gone forever. It's a little (LOT!) slower than I had hoped for, but it's working. I will be thinner, I will be healthier, I will be more active as the pounds come off. This has been such an amazing time for me. I never feel real hunger, but I really get hit with the head hunger. OUCH! I've taken to trying not to eat after 7:00 p.m., but when I have to have something, a crisp pickle really helps. Never was one to crave them before, but they taste so wonderful now!! I hope everyone's new year is going well.

Susan...... SOOOOOOOOOOO glad to see you back here, dang its been a while girl! Hope things are good for you and sue, I am sure she is excited about your weight loss as well. 50 lbs is great! Things slowed down for me a lot too with the holidays, etc, but I am just SO glad i didnt gain any back! I hope you can bump up your physical stuff too, thats my big goal now, as soon as taxes are done, I am getting a treadmill! lol. its just too hard for me to get out of the house to the gym here in town. Anyhow, take it easy girl, and come back here more often! we always like seeing that smiling face of yours! Judi

Thanks, Sugar. I tend to have a problem with water retention, which is why I've slowed the past couple of days. But I will get rid of the water once more and get back on track. I am hoping to get going with deep-water exercise at the university and pick up on walking at the Reiman Gardens. Hmm, treadmill with refund bucks-- sounds like something to really think about.
