I am looking for a surgeon in Iowa that performs the lap procedure rather than the open. I cannot afford to be off work any longer than 3 weeks at this time. Any suggestions?

I think all of the surgeons at U of I do.......But it depends on your body really....your BMI and such.....My surgeon who was wonderful...James Maher......does lap...and his partner Dr.Samuel does lap too.....Good Luck I also have know idea were your town is, but if you want the universitys number....just e-mail me and I will look it uo for ya!
