home from hospital

Hi everyone...well I'm starting the New Year off with a bang. I had a mild heart attack on Monday. I had problems over the weekend & went to ER but they didn't find anything. Chest pains again Monday so went back again. I had a cardiac cath yesterday & very little blockage. That's the good news. And I can deal with no surgery now for 6 to 8 weeks. My sugars are out of this world so I'm starting insulin. I'm thankful to be alive & thankful this was mild one. One day at a time. Going to lie down again, pretty worn out from all this! WOW! How scary is that? I guess on the brite side, it was a good thing they found it now instead of later when the blockage was worse. Try to take good care of yourself and get lots of rest. I will be keeping you in my prayers. (((HUGS))) Elizabeth
