Hi Carolyn & Tiffany! I just got off the phone with my case worker (well at 8:00 AM LOL), and he said I was on his list to call today because he DID receive the paperwork, but not until last Friday. Since it is an automated system, when the information wasn't entered into the computer by Wednesday, it automatically cancelled all our benefits. He did re-instate our Medicaid, which I will receive a notice of in a few days! WHEW!! I'm lucky, I've got a really great case worker. I want to thank both of you for your support, encouragement, and kind words over the weekend; they help me to get through with most of my sanity intact. Now, just to get through my psych eval. this afternoon. Thank you again so much!! Blessed Be! Sherry BTW, the paperwork was NEVER SENT to corporate, someone in HR at the plant filled it out and still couldn't manage to get it to DHS 4 blocks away on time. Sherry
