Water!!!
I know this is gonna sounds strange to you but try drinking your fluids warm or room temp. I can not handle anything cold. When I try I get pain and I have to stop. If I drink warm or room temp fluids I can always get in at least 80 ounces a day. I tend to do alot of hot decaf tea and just fill a gallon jug in the am and let it sit on the counter all day long. Some days I can drink the whole thing and others I can't.

I have always ENJOYED water and other COLD drinks! I was so concerned right after surgery because I could only sip a teensy bit of water. But as I've gone through time (7 months today) - I can now drink normal drinks of water - can't chug a 16 oz. bottle of water like I used to - definately takes a little more time! But the point I want to make is that in a few weeks/months it will get easier and feel easier to get the amount of liquid you need into your day.
