Does Anyone Know?

Trying not to be nosey or morbid but, I'm really curious to find out if anyone has any info on Tammy (Buman) Wilson who passed away Wednesday of last week? She was a paramedic with the Clive fire department who had WLS last year. Channel 13 (WLS Bashers) had it on the news last night that she died of complications from the surgery? I find that a little hard to believe, but then again, I don't know any details. Her obituary didn't mention what she died of at all. Just wondering if anybody out there might know? THANKS! - Deb W.

There was an article in the paper Saturday. She died from dehydration, low pottassium which caused cardiac arrest.

The paper said she had surgery in the summer.

There was an artical in the DMS paper that stated it was most likly not due to her surgery . It was in thur 12/18 metro section.

Hello my name is Ryan Buman. Tammy Buman Wilson was my mother, and someone very dear to me. Let me tell you a little about mom and what happened after the surgery. After the surgery, things were going well for awhile but soon took a turn for the worst. She was put back into the hospital a few times all with complications due to the surgery. She suffered from very sever dehydration alot of the time and her body wasn't able to get enough protein from the foods that she was eating. My mother passed away at home Wed. night falling into the arms of my step father. Some of the best paramedics that Iowa has ever seen were there trying to help my mother, but they were unable to revive her. She was taken to the hospital where she was pronunced deceased. An autopsy was performed yes, but the one htings that none of you know is this, the results have not come back yet. The articles in the paper are not completely true. We do not know for sure what has happened, but we all agree that it leads back to the surgery. So all though you may have heard what you think happened to be true. It is not. She was my mother, who I loved very much, and I will not lie to anyone, we do not know what has happened. When we know, we may let the world know, but until then, there is nothing to tell about how she passed away. Thank you for your time in reading this.
