And for all of you that are about to have the surgery, I wish you the best with your new life. The 1st 4 weeks were not that fun for me. And when I hit a plateau at 6 weeks.I was bummed out, But thanks to Julie she got me losing again. I am down 85#s and going on my 6 month anniversary on Wednesday. I have only 15 more to go !!!!!!!!!YES Man do I like the guys taking a double look at me now!!LOL I have been so cold since all my insulation is gone. Has anybody else gone threw this? It's the price I am willing to take.LOL I just went out and bought me my 1st leather jacket!!!! I am so happy. RoseAnn

Hi RoseAnn, I'm freezing most of the time this year as compared to the previous winters. I never wore a winter coat the last 3 yrs but I am this winter I guess that was only good thing about being so heavy. But I'll take being cold over the fat any day. Sheila

I definitely notice a difference. My feet get so cold at night that I have to warm them up in the bathtub first to be able to get to sleep! And I used to get by wearing short sleeves in winter but no more- now I need a turtleneck under long sleeves! Well the reasons for this are good so I am not going to complain!
