1 week check up

Ok, I went yesterday and had my drain tube and staples out, didn't hurt, in fact today I feel alot better with it out. But I have a question. I am trying really hard to eat slower, but what little food I get, gets cold before I finish, do you guys have any ideas on how to keep it warm? Does anyone else have this problem? BTW I lost 9.5 lbs.

Theresa, I had this same problem early on. Thank goodness for microwaves. I either ate it cold or nuke it. It is still a problem now but I don't notice it as much. Congrats on being on the losing side
