surgery 1 week from today

Hi All- Well my surgery is in one week. I am in a much different place emotionally today than I was a couple weeks ago. I am still a little anxious, but overall have a real sense of peace and calmness. I know I am doing the right thing. Thank you all for your support and kind words........ Now a question: I am a singer/ pianist and I am having open RNY- any idea of how long before I can comfortably sing and play piano again? Thanks- Lori

Hi Lori WooHoo! Can you believe your big day is almost already here! I'm soo excited for you! I don't think you have been getting my emails either. I replied to the one you sent me today, did you get it? I will be checking in at the hospital to see how your doing next week I cannot wait for you my dear!! Your almost there! I am doing quite a bit better today. Still some burning type pain in my new tummy and all the way down, so gonna ask Doc about it in the morning.
