Protein shakes
Hmmm... so how many servings can you get out of one container? 15g isn't really that much. I might just be stuck with the other ones. It's just that whey protein aftertaste I have such a problem with. I have a routine, I have a big container of water, my protein drink and some crackers. Take a big swig of protein drink, chase with water and take a bite of cracker. Then do the shiver dance. My office roommate gets a kick out of watching me every morning try to get it down.
At almost 9 months out, I should be getting in enough just with normal eating, but like I said, I seem to lose more on the weeks I attempt the protein drinks.
Well, this Saturday my hubby and I leave for a 7 day cruise, protein drinks are going to be the last thing on my list. It can actually go on the list of 'deal with when I get back'.
