You have to take 2 tablespoons to equal 15g of protein. It isn't bad. I mix it with my crystal light.

Hmmm... so how many servings can you get out of one container? 15g isn't really that much. I might just be stuck with the other ones. It's just that whey protein aftertaste I have such a problem with. I have a routine, I have a big container of water, my protein drink and some crackers. Take a big swig of protein drink, chase with water and take a bite of cracker. Then do the shiver dance. My office roommate gets a kick out of watching me every morning try to get it down. At almost 9 months out, I should be getting in enough just with normal eating, but like I said, I seem to lose more on the weeks I attempt the protein drinks. Well, this Saturday my hubby and I leave for a 7 day cruise, protein drinks are going to be the last thing on my list. It can actually go on the list of 'deal with when I get back'.

You can also try Isopure from GNC. I have the chocolate and if you mix it with 12 oz of water it tastes like chocolate milk. It has 50g of protein. It really goes down pretty well. It doesn't have that chaulky taste like the others I have tried.
