Hello everyone

I just wanted to let people know i'm back on my feet I had a hernia repair last friday it was size of a football they had to reopen my insision and now I have staples I go back to the doctors the 17th today was the first day I felt good I was real weak and couldnt eat I had to force myself yesterday. im down to 226 from 341 my stomache is flat now i still have lots of flab they think i will need a tummy tuck done thanks to tammy that kept people in formed about me and thanks for all the prayers. I will keep you updated.
