Hi all, There are so many new people on the site. I think it is great. My name Is Lisa Jordan and I am 2 months out. I have lost 38 pounds and two clothing sizes. What I found to be very interesting is that I have lost a show size. Now that took me by surprise. I have went from shoe size 8 to a 7. So I am going to have to go shopping. Today was a great day for me. I got into a misses size 18. I was so haapy it was casual day at work. Boy that felt great. Just two months ago my size W22 were tight.

Congrats, Never thought about that, shoe size getting smaller, that would be nice, have to buy mens wide to get a good comfortable fit right now, so it would be nice to get into women's styles again. Also I look forward to my wedding rings fitting again. Haven't been able to wear them for about five years without feeling like they were cutting my fingers off. Your right about this site, I love being able to email others who have already gone through what I have yet to. It's a great comfort, also knowing it's local. I am somewhat trying to avoid the other WLS site, too many depressing things. I want to focus of positives, we all know the negatives and the risks with things but power of the mind is what I need now. By the way did you have VBG or RNY? Take care and keep on being a LOSER LOL.

Congrats Lisa! My shoes are also getting floppy on me. I used to take a 9 to 9 1/2 and now my 9s are loose! A couple weeks ago I noticed something else... while I was trying to type, my rings would slip around to the back and I have to constantly move them. It was just annoying at first, I figured my skin was softer or something making them slide, but now I realize my fingers have shrunk too!
