Everyone on this board is just so wonderful! I really think that after my second denial I would have quit if it hadn't been for all your kind words. My husband is being very sympathetic, but it isn't the same as it is coming from those who understand why this surgery is so important to us. So thanks to you, I am going to keep fighting! My PCP is being great and will help get the records together documenting my weight loss attempts. It helps that I sometimes work at that office, so tomorrow I am going to copy all parts of my chart that pertain to my comorbidities. I also have my ER records for the last 3 years, and the pain specialist I saw is getting copies of all my visits there. I have also talked to Human Resources, and they are even upset that I am being denied. So hopefully the third time will be a charm! Thanks again and big hugs! Sheila
