I feel I'm getting closer to something...

Well I have finally gotten a hold of my surgeons nurse and she says she faxed the paperwork to my insurance on Monday. So of course I called the insurance company and lo and behold it was sitting somewhere in the office. The insurance rep for my employer said she would forward it to the peer review group and they usually have an answer back within 10 days. So now I will hold my breath to hear from them I am not expecting problems but at the same time do not want to get my hopes up I can't believe I will get through this as easy as it has been so far. That is good news, Ann. Missed you last night, but had a fun meeting, it really helps to meet with other individuals that really understand. Norman is very very good at being supportative but he doesn't really understand any of it, I think. Will be thinking of you as you wait for your answer.

Ann, Once you get to the other side you will look back on the whole process and laugh. It is not easy playing the waiting game. But you also have been playing the weighting game for a while and both paths are not easy. Good luck!
