Vitamin questions

I am having a hard time with the flinstone vitamins they just taste horible after a while do any of you have any suggestions? thank you Tiffany (2 weeks post-op -20lbs)

Tiffany, I use the Centrum chewable vitamin which is an orange flavor. I get them at Walmart. Hope this helps. ~Janine

I am 4 wks post op and my doctor switched me to Womens One A Day with Iron. I break em in half and so far so good.

I hate fred and all his friends, ha ha!! But I went to GNC and got a women's vitiman and it has everything in it including hair and nail that we need badly there big but break them in half and it works great, they disolve 100 persent. Good Luck Sherry Hefley
