Poll: What was or will be your last big meal before surgery?

I had my pre-op this morning and all went well. I am ready to go on Friday!! I have a Question what was or will be your last big meal before surgery?

I invited all my family and friends and had Thanksgiving Day On Sept 1. I had suregery Sept 2, 2003 ....... I am 36 pounds lighter and feeling great!

My two "Last Suppers" were a chicken-fried steak at Cracker Barrel and giant scampi and coconut-fried shrimp at Red Lobster. I am sure it will be a while before I see those again!

Hi Andrea~ GOOD LUCK to you!! I will be thinking about you and praying for your recovery! Well, my last meal will be on Sunday and my family is getting together and my dad will be making his famous Beef Stew, Sweet Corn Bread, and mom is making applesauce cake with cream cheese frosting. I think that otta fill me for a bit~ LOL. Let us know what you have girl! Take care~

I hit all ethnic groups! After all I am a great lover of food no matter where it comes from! The week before surgery I had Chinese buffet mostly for their shimp and Teryaki Steak, Mexican, Italian, and Casey's pizza.

I had a last meal week....I went out 6 times!! Yummmy! I also went to every bakery and chocolate store in DSM to say...I had "tried" it. Have Fun Deb Paul

my last meal was steak and shrimp it was so good i had surgey back in april i lost 100 pounds so far.

my absolute final last meal was just a big McD's value meal supersized, dipping the frenchfries in mayo and big thick quarter pounder. now, I can NOT eat it at all! lol. some other ones I had for final times were a big steak and baked potatoes and stuff. all the fixins. but, since may 15, 105 lbs gone, its worth it. but yes, when the girls at work today were eating subway, I was a bit green with envy, I will admit. lol.
