just to let you know

this has been a rough two weeks for me but for the good. to start to let anyone know that has medipass (title 19). that when they approve your surgery it is good for one yr. so you have time and that title 19 has to pay for all visits after and for any complications. and this is a a good one and i bet alot of people dont know this EVERYONE AND I MEAN EVERYONE qualifies for titile 19 it is call the spend down program. i didnt know that. i have been trying to get my surgery done before i was told i lost it in Nov. 1st. i find this out cuz i keep at my case worker and looking for other insurance. Funny thing happen this week my mom disowns me and wants nothing to do with me cuz i borrowed money. I have been pushing my self to get this surgery done. Wednesday nite i was sitting here thinking i have taken time away from the internet to do some thinking. I am happy as i ever can be. you thinking with my mom disowning me i would be upset no i wasnt. For the first time in my life i stood up to her and told her how i felt and it felt good. I have also decided to put off having my surgery till after christmas. Just in case i do have complications or if by chance i do die i dont want it before christmas. Yes i am still having my scopes on friday. When they schedule my scopes they told me it would be very late nov. or middle dec so just going to do it during christmas break. sorry this is so long i just wanted everyone to know what is going on. and thanks for everyone for listening. lynda

what do you mean EVERYONE qualifies for the spend down program? I thought you had to be within a certain wage level? ~~Dawn Phillips
