My surgery is still scheduled for 10/28

I posted last week that I had to go for further cardiac evaluation, and was worried that I would have to reschedule the surgery, since my appointment with the cardiologist isn't going to happen until the 27th. When I talked to my surgeon's nurse this morning, though, she told me that they will still plan to go ahead on the 28th. If it turns out we can't do it then due to cardiac issues, she said we'd deal with it then. I spent the whole weekend psyching myself up to deal with a delay, and now I'm just thrilled that it looks as if it will still happen so soon! Just had to share. Thanks.
