WOI News Story on Surgery

Last night on the 10pm news on WoI they had a story on a man from Ankeny who had the WLS done last Nov by DR AC in DSM he has lost over a 100lbs and said that the DR had informed him of the risks involved with this type of surgery. It was very well done story stating both sides of the story pros and cons. They let the viewing public know that for some of us we've tried every d--- diet that has come along with no success. I really fell that WHO needs to be let know that they need to give both sides of the story. They even interviewed the Dr in Boone who's has had the surgery himself. Enough for now. Sheila
