Phase 2 foods????
Have you tried to puree cottage cheese. Make sure the applesauce is unsweeted. What about sugar-free jello and pudding? you can puree any soup. One with meat in it is usually high in protein. I even pureed chicken, tuna and lazagna...whatever we were eating for dinner. Sugar-free yogurt alway was a good source of protein too. My husband ate yogurt at every meal for a month. A call to your doc is a good idea too. That's what they are there for. Deb Paul
Make sure you are taking tiny bites and taking your time. I found that if I eat too fast or eat when I'm stressed my stomach gets upset. This is a trial and error thing. Some foods that people recommend because they are good for them do not work for others. Some days certain foods work well and another day the same thing does not. Just take it slow and easy no matter what food you try. Not drinking enough can contribute to nausea as well. I drank a lot of warm boullion which was very soothing to my tummy. Good luck!
