question time?????????????

Ok i have a really easy question? am i dumb or what?? i called the dr office yesterday to see what else they need me to do before surgery the girl was out of the office. well when she called me today she was wandering if i was interested in? i was like i saw dr. smith in july i am approved and i did all the visits you guys wanted me to. She said you are? she was wait a minute they told me wrong i need to go find your file i will call you back later?? well i am still waiting?? Are all drs. office this bad. and is this a sign?? i am running out of time. or is this due to the fact that dr. smith and his office is just getting started on this procedures?? now i am nervous i wasnt till today??

I would ask for the office manager or the nurse next time. Sounds like they have someone new. I really hate talking to flaky people when I need info. Good luck.

I agree, get assertive, talk to whoever is in charge. No, offices are not usually run this way unless they're unorganized or too big and not enough help. Deb Paul

Too many people in the office means that one does not know what the next one has done or is doing! Keep trying!
