1st. Post-Op visit

Friday the 26th I met with the doctor for a follow up appt. I got half of my staples out but the g-tube is still in, yuck. OH my gosh, the staples coming out were painful, OUCH!! but much better now!! I have lost 16lbs since my surgery date. I am still doing fine however I am off another week from work, I have the time but I keep thinking about the work that is piling up at my desk, supportive employer, that helps. I go back on Oct 6th to have the rest taken out, YIPPEE!!!. take care all paula

Yahoo! Good start to a new life. I thought getting the staples out made me feel SOOOOO much better! Hopefully it won't be long before you are rid of the g-tube also.
