CONGRATULATIONS!!! Someone told me not to forget CHAPSTICK...and boy am i glad i took some! Before they let you drink much..your lips are soo dry! And tampons or maxi pads if you menstrate.... because surgery triggers menstral cycles in ALOT of women... it did in me. Hope that helps... and again CONGRATS!!! I took someone's advice and traced my big butt on paper, and then I had Jason trace my whole body on a big piece if paper...you're never going to have this body again, you want to have something to remember it by...also this surgery gave my husband and I nasty breath, I had sugar free mints with me too, to suck on...but ask your doc about that. That's great that you now have your date!! I took my own shampoo and soap that I like because when you get to take that first shower you'll be in heaven and the hospital stuff just doesn't do it for you. I had plenty of ice chips by my bed and the staff we very accomodating to keep the cup full!! Leave your jewelry at home and you will be in a gown until you come home so don't worry about taking anything extra you won't need it. paula

Tiffany: I haven't had my surgery yet but this is from experience with other surgeries. If you're like me I have oily hair and I like to wa**** every day. Buy a can of instant spray shampoo. It will help you feel better just having some half way clean hair. Good luck with the surgery! Gail
