WOW....I hope I make that big of a loss by the time im 4 months out! Congratulations! I am down to 254 from 304...i can only imagine what another 34 lbs gone FOREVER must feel like. Im soo happy for you!!!!!

hey, that is EXACTLY what I have lost on my 4 month check up! the doc says I am a little ahead of schedule, but I still hope to keep losing fast! but I am down from 356 to 272. woohooo!
