first post-op visit

I went to the Dr. yesterday for my first post-op visit got the staples out and stepped on the scale. 15lbs, I was very pleased with that. Thanks again to everyone for their support. To all that have had surgery this week or it is coming soon, best of luck. Jim

Good start Jim! I hope your recovery is going smoothly. Doesn't it feel good to get those blasted staples out??!!!

Hi Jim The feeling is great when you step on the scale and it's down instead of up isn't it and I'm with the other lady those staples are hard to adapt to, Well you go and keep up the loosing!!!!. Sherry Hefley.
