7 days pre op

Wow. That was a ride. Guys just let me tell you to relax. It's gonna be OK. I went in on labor day 4pm and surg. sched for 12pm 9/2. They actually took me early 10:30. You know nothing you feel nothing untilll....After the Surgery. I hardly ever used my PCA pump. I didnt have that much pain....UNTILL YOU COUGH. You have to cough to get rid of the anesthisa in your lungs so that pseunomoa (spelling?) doesn't set it. YOU MUST COUGH! Just hug a pillow and bare it. Walk as much as possible and relax. I'm now ready to take on anything and soon; you will be too....
