Walter Lindstrom Question

Ok I have this funny feeling that Im going to be denied for the RNY. I know i shouldnt think that way but just with talking to the insurance company I have that feeling. Anywho, If i am im going to get Walter Lindstrom from obesity law.com Does anyone know what his odds are of getting me approved throught an appeal ? If so could you please let me know.
