my husband and I have been in missouri on our land and all we have is a little camper so far. well to make a long story short, We only have a very small mirror down there and I haven't looked at myself in 8 days so when we got home the first thing I did was get on the scale and look at myself in the mirror and wow did it scare me my face looked very thin, and I'm just not use too looking like that, I am 4 weeks post op and am down 28 lbs not really thin but to the 274lbs that I was its a big drop. have a great day all you loosers.

That is kinda of a nice way to be scared I think!! Way to go girl! You are on your way to being scared a few more times!! Take Care and be careful of those mirrors! paula

There were times I would walk by a mirror and not recognize myself- I know how it feels! I always notice weight loss int he face and neck/shoulders first. Congratulations on the weight loss, keep up the good work. You have a great day, too!! ~Julie

Great Job Sherry!! Just think of it this way, when you get a scare, it gets your heart pumping and can be considered exercise in my book. Keep it up. Elizabeth
