Easy Protein Fix
After researching more on the question and answer board I found an answer to my concern for getting enough protein. In the morning, I blend 12 oz of skim milk with 2 scoops of 20gram protein powder (I use Amplify vanilla flavored from GNC) and 1/3 cup dry milk. The result is almost 60 grams of protein for the day that I drink 3x a day(4 oz each time) 1/2 hour prior to eating. Then whatever I eat just enhances the protein. Amplify has a good flavor and tho I know I will eventually tire of it, it is a necessary evil that is easier to take in the smaller portions.
