Have to Vent !!

Ok ..Im so MAD , I have been calling the Insurance about everyother day and they are now telling me that they need more info. I called DR. Seigert office and they said they sent what they say they need. I dont know what to do. She ( BCBS) told me that they need this to approve me. I dont know what to do the DR. office says they sent it and the Insurance says they didnt . What the HELL doI do...Please help . Im in tears........Stacy XOXO

Nothing like being the middle man right? Did the person at BCBS say specifically what it is they needed? If not, ask them. Then call the Dr. office and tell them what ins co needs. I would also ask the Dr. office person to call BCBS and talk to the person you have been dealing with. (Get one person's name, so that you can keep dealing with the same person and not have to keep repeating your story). Hopefully that will help.
