Lisa Jordan did you get approved byBCBS?I am going for my first consult on Friday Aug.22 @UOI and they told me the same thing about the diet info.I called BCBS and they said they didnt need it but some paper on failed diets tried by me.I hope that is right because I don't have 2 years of medical dieting and I want to be approved.Well I hope everything wewnt well for you.
