weight lost update

i have lost 63 pounds in 3 months!!!!!!!!!!!

That is awesome Mary! It must be an absolutely overwhelming feeling-how do you cope? I would feel like my life is going 90MPH and I am trying to run to catch up. I am anxious to find out my weight at my 2 week checkup.
