Hi Michele, Iowa Health Bariatric Support Group meets the 1st Thursday of every month from 6:30 to 8:30 at Iowa Meth. School of Nursing, Classroom 101. This is across from the Emergency Dept. You can contact Tammy Strachan @ 515-241-3423.

Michelle, Hi my name is Kat. I go to a support group at Mercy Capital. It is a fairly new group, and is very very good. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. So naturally our next meeting is tomorrow the 19th of August, at 5 p.m. The topic this month is on personal relationships, and sex and how it changes. I think it will be a very interesting topis. It is a subject we all shy away from. So hopefully it will have alot of info to help. Our bodies are changing. LOL All of us there have done had the surgery and that makes it good. Have you done had yours? I hope this has been some help to you. good luck in finding one you are happy with. Kat.
