Surgery Date is set

I had my final consult yesterday with Dr. A.C. and was given a surgery date of August 29th. The realization is setting in with myself and my husband. Never the less I am getting prepared mentally. The date worked out well for me at work. He said I will be off two to four weeks. (baring complications) I have never wanted to be a "LOSER" so bad.

Congratulations! I had surgery in Grinnell on July 11th- so far so good! Just remember the 1st couple of weeks can be a little rough- nothing you can't live through, just an adjustment period. And this forum is SOOOO helpful! Good luck!
