Pregnancy symptoms or depo provera symptoms?

For the past few days I have woke up sicker than a dog. I have terrib;e heartburn and feel like I could vomit. I am also having breast tenderness and headaches. Could this be pregnancy symptoms or just depo symptoms? I am due for my 2nd depo shot on monday and surgery is tuesday. Do I need to have them run a pregnancy test?~~~Amy LAP RNY 08-05-03

I'm not sure about Depo either...but as far as the pregnancy test, my surgeon required that I have one anyhow the day of surgery...you might want to call and just ask your doctor/surgeon. Good luck!

Depo can do that to you.. but you should have a pregnancy test anyway.. Depo is evil... inless you are past wanting kids noone should take that crap.. It screwed me up for life
