Pre-op scheduled

Hi, I now have an appt for my pre-op stuff it will be 8/18/03... starting at 8:00 am, nothing like getting the probbing started early chest X-ray and echo also then I see the pcp so looke like that wil be a busy day for me in Rochester. I see the surgeon on the 5th of Sept which is 11 days before the big day oh they moved my date from the 18th to the 16th of Sept don't know what tome yet.... Hi Sheila - This is my first time to this site - and I see you are going to Rochester. Is your surgeon Dr. Sarr? I go up for my sleep study on Friday and have pre-op and consultations on Monday and Tuesday. My surgery is scheduled for Aug. 26th. I've had a rough time getting insurance to cover this at Mayo but looks like it will cover 80%. Better than nothing. What do you think of the whole Mayo thing? I'm getting tired of trips up there - we live near Marshalltown and it's about a 3-hour drive. Probably longer for you. I'm glad to be having it done there, though - feel like I'm in good hands! - kathy
