Tina, I hae tried to send the info you wanted 3 times and it keeps coming back to me as undeliverable. Do you have a different e-mail addy? Like a yahoo one maybe? It could be that you mailbox is too full to hold that much more info. Let me know ok? Other things....I just ordered some stuff from www.vitalady.com . Mostly samples. I will let you know if they are good. I know Dr. AC doesn't say anything about these, but from what I have been reading from other OH.com members, they really help with weight loss and I REALLY don't want to lose my hair! (MY best feature!) Plus, I am a choc-o-holic and I am hoping these will help with those cravings. Any one else tried them or uses them? One more thing. I have been "busy, busy, busy" as you all know, and I really feel like ihave been lacking in my duties so to speak. My nephew has gone back to MN and I spent Thursday night with Mom at the ER due to an asthma attack/brocho spasms. Went in at 8:30PM and didn't get home until atfer 6 AM with only time to shower, take meds, and head back to her house to "babysit" with her for the day. I am home for at least 2 days now over the weekend and trying to get caught up on things. (Who knew a man could use soooo many dishes overnight???) I haven't started on those things yet, this was my personal top priority. Dawn, hope your nausea has passed and yo are feeling better. Kelly, how's that left side doing? What did he use? A crowbar?? j/k. Also, I saw SF Pop-Ice at K-mart in Ames, would guess others would have them too. I know what an addict you are! lol OK, I have rambled long enough. (trying to avoid dishes!) Hey Elizabeth, I hope you have better luck with the shakes than I did. I also got samples from vitalady, I think they are nasty, can't do them, I will need to find a better source of protein cause I don't like those, maybe i'm mixing them wrong. I used water maybe the trick is to use skim milk, I don't know. I have not yet looked for the sf popsicles but I did see where Dollar General has most of the vitimans pretty cheap, like $2.00 I think for 60 or 90. I guess I should go to Walmart (yeah walmart right) or somewhere and check and see if maybe the bigger bottles would be cheaper in the long run. Oh heck girl, I have no idea, just flappin' my yap as usual huh.

You know...they may have used a crow bar b/c it really really hurts, uncomfortable but I guess I cant be completley numb from the pain, believe me I asked in the hospital and they always told me no..hmmmm. I told my parents about the SF Pop-Ice they're going to try to stop by K-Mart for me tomorrow, yeah! Even though I'm not supposed to have popsicles yet...I want them! I need PopIce addiction therapy, I could be addicted to worse things though. K, puter time is up, all worn out. Night night!
