Hello Friends, Hope all is well, thanks julie for reply to my post last week!. Still working on getting my internet hooked back up, hubby says maybe this week, yeah! Life is getting much easier, I went swimmin yesterday, it was so nice. My sex drive is through the roof, always was good but it alot better now, LOL. I weighed myself this morning, I am now at 205!!! I am fairly happy about this, not sure if it should be more or not though, but it has been 4 weeks since my op as of yesterday. I have dropped in pant size from a 22 to an 18 although I am not sure I'll be in them long. I have found that measuring my food out and storing a few meals at a time each in 2oz tupperware bowls really helps alot. I dont get stomach pains or anything from overeating or eating bad stuff, I just get severe heartburn, the kind you avoid if at all posssible, so the bowls portioned out really helps avoid that. I have been eating lean cuisine meals for dinner, one meal last for four servings, fruit or slimfast bars for snacks, or 3/4oz cheese and two crackers, and yogurt for breakfast. Seems to be working although I cannot stomach the whey protein, I really need help in finding alternate methods for getting in my protein, I try to focuse on that but dont do very good at recording my info, so any advice would be great! Thanks to all of you for your continued support, and my thoughts and prayers are with you all no matter were you may be in your journeys! until next time, hugs!!! Have a great day everyone!!!
