OMG! OMG! OMG!
I can NOT believe this!!! I lost ANOTHER 3 pounds!! I have DEFINITELY gotten off the plateau! I am at 165 and my BMI is 25.3!!!!! I am so happy but feeling a little guilty because I am not really trying that hard! I have not been going on my daily walks, only 3-4 times a week. I am sneaking cookies once in a while and eating late at night. I told my husband (jokingly) that it is my new Amaretto and Diet Pepsi diet. If I drink enough, I lose more weight! LOL! YAY ME!
