Thanks for the constructive comment about eating. I guess it is funny but I don't really fear the surgery or the life style change. But as for alot of us (?) being over weight is in our head first and then in effect our bodies. Now that I have heard the REAL scoop I will start on rebuilding my mind. Thanks Again***** DeAnne

Anytime DeAnne. It was very hard, and still is. Contrary to what I thought, dumping syndrome does NOT last forever for everyone. So now is the test for me.. I can eat the cookies, but can I NOT eat the cookies? I am winning the battle so far, and it's because of a healthy attitude about eating. Good luck! ~Julie
