Post-op care??

Where is the best place to find post-op information? Controlling pain, protien drinks, B-12 shots ect.

Hi DeAnne! I am not post-op yet but have found much of my info in the question and answer postings on this site. Just go to it and click on the button to "submit a question" and it will bring up many categories to explore. I found them to be much more informative than what my surgeon had to offer because they are from people who have gone through the actual experience. Michelle
